আসসালামু আলাইকুম, 

নতুন বছরের শুভেচ্ছা, আশা করি ভালো আছেন।

অনেকদিন পরেই আবার ফিরে আসলাম। ব্যস্ততার কারণে এতোদিন ব্লগ লিখতে পারিনি, ধন্যবাদ TS কে যিনি আজ আবারও আমাকে অনেক অনুসন্ধান করে Level  12 পর্যন্ত One Word Substations গুলো একত্রিত করে দিয়েছেন।

সাথে তার অর্থও বাংলাতে লিখে দিয়েছেন যেন সেটা একবার পড়লেই মুখস্থ হয়ে যায়। আর মনে রাখা ও বুঝা সহজ হয়।

এই ব্লগে বেশী দিলাম না কারণ তা হয়তো অলসতার কারণ হয়ে দাড়াবে। যত কম ততই শিখতে ও মনে রাখতে সহজ। তাই বাকীগুলো ও সময়মতো দিয়ে দিব। তবে মনে রাখবেন এসব Admission Test এর জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

আর এগুলোর ব্যবহার বাক্যকে অনেক সুন্দর করে।

তাহলে চলুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক।

* Murder of one's own father or mother = Parricide(গুরুহত্যা)

* Murder of one's own mother = Matricide(মাতৃহত্যা)

* Murder of one's own brother or sister = Fratricide(ভ্রাতৃহত্যা)

* Murder of a wife = Uxoricide(পত্নীহত্যা)

is about Place

*  A place where birds are kept = Aviary (পক্ষিশালা)

* A place where money is coined = Mint (টাকশাল)

* A place were fishes are kept = Aquarium (মাছের চৌবাচ্ছা)

* A place where batting of cricket ball takes place = Pitch (পিচ)

* A place where ships are loaded and unloaded = Quay (জেটি)

 * A place where films are produced = Studio (চিত্রশালা)

* A place where leather is tanned = Tannery (চামড়ার কারখানা)

* A shelter or shed for cows = Cow-shed (গােয়াল)

* A place where Govt. papers are kept = Archives (নথিপত্র)

* A place where dogs are kept = Kennel (কুকুরশালা)

 is about Position.

* A person in charge of a museum = Curator (যাদুঘরের তত্ত্বাবধায়ক)

* A person in charge of a library = Librarian (গ্রন্থাগারিক)

* The head of a town Council or Corporation = Mayor (নগরাধ্যক্ষ)

* A messenger sent in great haste = Courier (সংবাদবাহক)

 * Person travelling in a street = pedestrian (পথচারী)

* A hater of women = Mis0gynist (নারীবিদ্বেষী)

* An agent between two parties = g0 between (ঘটক)

* A speech made for the first time = maiden speech (প্রথম বক্তৃতা)

* A person having ability to use the left and the right hand equally = Ambidextrous (সব্যসাচী)

 * One who watches over students taking an examination = Invigilator (পরিদর্শক)
